Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is a clear outline of how returns work at Dandillie.
Sleepwear & Apparel Returns
If you would like to make a return, please email contact@dandillie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your email is received, your request is logged immediately — even if our response takes a little time. Our team will follow up with detailed return instructions as soon as possible.
You will then have 14 days from the date instructions are issued to send your item back.
We kindly ask that all items be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition with tags attached
Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if they do not fit properly.
Sale and discounted items are eligible for store credit only.
All marked final sale items are not eligible for return.
We encourage trying items on soon after delivery to ensure sizing works within the 14-day window.

Nursery Art & Made-to-Order Prints
Our nursery artwork is created upon order and produced just for you.
Because each print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to ordering errors or change of mind.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email contact@dandillie.com within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement.
Each print is reproduced as an archival giclée on fine art paper and thoughtfully finished with a mat, backing board, and gallery-style artist name plate. We stand behind the quality of every piece.
How to Start a Return (Sleepwear & Eligible Items Only)
Please email contact@dandillie.com and include:
• Name the order was placed under
• Order number
• Email address associated with the order
• Shipping address
• Desired outcome (refund, exchange, or store credit)
We will respond with next steps.
