Living Pattern is a South Florida–based watercolor artist inspired by the vibrant flora and organic patterns found in nature. With a background in illustration and textile design, her work blends delicate detail with bold, botanical color. She creates each piece through close observation, sketching, and photographing natural forms, often using plants from her own rare tropical collection.
The process of creating her Dandillie design involved creating several individual paintings, digitizing them, and arranging them into a harmonious, repeating pattern. She was inspired by the idea of bringing a sense of natural tranquility to sleepwear, creating something both beautiful and soothing for bedtime.
